Polls open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
A county-wide special election has been called by the Board of County Commissioners of Flagler County, Florida, at the request of the School Board of Flagler County, Florida, and will be held on Friday, the 7th of day of June, 2013 for the purpose of approving or disapproving the following ballot question:

REFERENDUM REGARDING LEVYING FOR FOUR YEARS
.5 MILL FOR OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF SCHOOL DISTRICT
Shall the Flagler County School Board levy a .5 mill for operational needs of the District, including preserving academic programs, restoring 45 minutes to the middle and high schools, maintaining the arts and implementing security measures to ensure a safe school environment for a period of four fiscal years beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2017, with annual reporting of these funds to the citizens of Flagler County?
YES = FOR the .5 mill for School District for four years
NO = AGAINST the .5 mill for School District for four years
The School Board of Flagler County, Florida, shall be authorized to levy the tax covered by the question stated above if the question shall be approved by a vote of majority of the duly qualified electors of Flagler County, voting thereon.
