Tuesday, March 3 is Election Day!

This is a very important election, two City Commissioners are up for election.

There is no early voting for this election. You must vote in your assigned precinct voting location on Election Day, which is the Flagler Beach City Hall. View the sample ballot and learn more:

Returning Your Mail Ballot

Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office by 7:00 P.M. on March 3, 2026 in order to be counted. You can return the ballot as early as you wish. There are many options to return your voted mail ballot.

• A secure drop box is available at the Elections Office during office hours, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM on weekdays. The secure drop box will also be open on Election Day from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. You may return your ballot in the Elections Office lobby from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on Election Day.
• If you plan to mail your ballot, send it early! Allow at least 10 days for delivery.

DO NOT bring your voted mail ballot to a precinct voting location on Election Day, it must be returned directly to the Elections Office on Election Day. 

If you have requested and received a mail ballot but decide to vote in person, bring it to the polls. The mail ballot will be canceled, and you will be issued a new ballot at the polling location.
